At the fair, Italian agri-food operators meet hundreds of manufacturing companies that come to Rimini from all over the world. For the first time, a large presence of African companies, producers, cooperatives, processors with certification and tracking paths that act as a direct link for Italian large-scale retail trade: coffee, exotic fruit, spices… a big step forward to shorten the supply chain.
